These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Capio Commerce LTD website, applications and services (together, the "Platform"). Capio Commerce LTD is a Virtual Asset Service Provider licensed by the Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA) under licence number VL/26/07/003 for Broker-Dealer Services and Exchange Services. By creating an account or using the Platform you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
Capio Commerce LTD is a Virtual Asset Service Provider licensed by the Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA) in the Emirate of Dubai. The Company is authorised to provide Broker-Dealer Services and Exchange Services and provides access to pricing, charting and order-entry tools across five asset classes: equities, cryptocurrencies, foreign exchange, commodities and indices. All trades are executed against live markets with real funds. Client funds are held in segregated accounts and insured. Nothing on the Platform constitutes investment, legal, tax or accounting advice.
To open an account you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. You may not use the Platform if you are located in a jurisdiction where such use would be unlawful, or if you are subject to sanctions administered by any recognised authority.
All trading on Capio Commerce LTD is live. Orders are placed against real market prices and executed with real funds deposited by you into your account. Your account balance, positions and order history reflect actual market activity and are recorded on an append-only ledger that is never overwritten.
Accounts are funded with cryptocurrency. Supported assets are shown on your wallet page and may change from time to time. You are solely responsible for sending the correct asset to the correct address on the correct network. Transactions sent to an unsupported address, an unsupported network, or in an unsupported asset may be irrecoverable. Deposits are credited after the relevant network confirms the transaction to our satisfaction. Withdrawals are subject to review and may be delayed or declined where we are required to verify the source of funds, where we suspect fraud, or where required by law.
Client funds are held in segregated accounts, kept separate from the Company's own operating capital, and are insured. Segregation and insurance are designed to protect client balances in the event of insolvency or operational failure. Details of the applicable insurance coverage and any limits are available on request from support@capiocommerce.org.
Quoted prices are indicative and may differ from the price at which an order is ultimately filled. Orders may be rejected, partially filled, or delayed due to market conditions, liquidity, connectivity, or maintenance. Fees and spreads are disclosed on the order ticket before you confirm. You are responsible for reviewing the order ticket before submitting an order.
Certain products, including crypto perpetual futures, may be offered with leverage. Leverage magnifies both gains and losses and can result in the loss of your entire balance and, where applicable, the liquidation of open positions. Leverage is not available on equities, foreign exchange, commodities or indices. Trading involves risk, including the possible loss of principal. You should not trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
